You'd think you get used to seeing your face in a magazine, but it's still so surreal every time again. This time, I got featured in Sjiek magazine, to talk about my favorite sweater along with other bloggers. Fall is coming slowly, but surely, so it's always nice to get inspired on what to wear when temperatures will drop a bit. That's why I decided to translate the article for you. Outfit // Golden

No, your eyes aren't deceiving you: I posted a new outfit. I know it's been forever, but I wasn't feeling too comfortable in my own skin for quite some time and also had a gazillion brainstorming sessions about my blog and which direction I'd like to take it. See it as a fresh start for the new year, which started very well for me already: I was invited to give a lecture about my blog to a group of college students. I'd never done such a thing before and it was kind of a big deal for me, but it all went well, thank God! I also dyed my hair blonde. My dad hated it, so I decided to go even blonder. You know me, always such a rebel, lol.

As for the outfit: I'm usually not a fan of winter clothes, but when I spotted this asymmetric turtleneck sweater dress at Zara, I decided to give it a try. Plus, it's the perfect match for my new Chanel booties that I finally got to wear. The golden touches give it the look a little extra. I hope you're not tired of my Boy bag yet, because I'm still totally in love with it. Oh, and I'm kinda digging the gloomy vibe in the pictures as well.

Outfit // Purple Louis V.

A simple black and white outfit with a touch of color to give it that extra something; that's what I go for when I don't have any inspiration or want to take it easy for the day. My mom picked up the Louis Vuitton scarf during our trip to Amsterdam and with purple being my favorite color, I just had to steal it from her. I'm not sure if I draped it the right way, though... And I'm sorry for wearing my Boy bag again, but it literally goes with everything. Dario already asked me if and when I will wear one of my other bags again, but I can't part from the Boy just yet. #drama

Anyway, a couple of fun, blog related events are coming up. Tonight, I'm off to Antwerp to attend the launch of Anna Nooshin's book 'On Top' and tomorrow, I have to get up super early to attend the exclusive press preview of the new Primark store in Hasselt. Dario is coming with me both times, which is always super fun! You can follow Dario (Dario_Genova) and I (Krizia_S) on Snapchat to see all of our adventures together.

I know that I usually include information on where to shop my looks, but the website that I work with isn't functioning properly. I'll fix it as soon as everything's working again!

Remember this dress by Sugarhill Boutique? When I was cleaning out my closet a couple of weeks ago, I found the matching blouse hidden underneath a pile of clothes. The weather gods pleased us with tons of sunshine the past couple of days; the perfect opportunity to wear this blouse for the first time. The collar and print are too adorable: I've been lucky enough to have visited Paris and New York already, which means that I have had the chance to see the Eiffel Tower and the Statue Of Liberty with my own eyes. However, the Taj Mahal in Agra and the pyramids in Gizeh are still on my to visit list as well. 

As for the ripped jeans: I've been living in them for the past two months. They are very high waisted, which is perfect for my figure. The Chloé sunnies had been tucked away into one of my drawers for way too long and my Boy bag by Chanel has been glued to my shoulder ever since I got it. Let this be a warning, because you're going to see this fella a lot in the time to come. The Chanel sandals are also making a debut on the blog, but I didn't take a close up shot of them due to my irrational fear / phobia / disgust of feet. You can have a detailed look at them here.

Well, well... It looks like spring is finally hitting Belgium! Time to take my Boy out for his first photoshoot! It feels so good to be a mom, hehe. I haven't worn another bag ever since I got this one -- it's been a long time since I have been in love this much. Superficial much? Probably. After keeping a spring cleaning in my closet, I rediscovered these Isabel Marant pants that I got a couple of years ago. They're very low and expose practically everything when I sit down, but I still don't have the courage to part from them. Overexposure it is, then! Oh, and totally-worn-off leather jacket is another item I can't say goodbye to... Not until I have found a notable replacement. 

Now that the sun is shining, I finally had the chance to try out my Tavat sunnies. My eyes are very sensitive; whenever the first rays of sun come out or the streets are covered with white, bright snow I get teary eyes, a burning feeling and a headache as soon as I step outside. The symptoms go away after a minute or ten, but it has made me much more aware of eye protection. Tavat is know for their melanin lenses, which block both harmful UV rays and violet-blue light. I'm going to spare you all the technical details (you can read them on their website here) but I have noticed that, when wearing the Tavat sunglasses, I don't have to squint my eyes so much anymore. My eyes will always be a weak point, but it's nice to actually notice a difference.

New // Chanel Boy Bag

I gave birth to a boy! A Chanel Boy, to be precise. I now finally have a man in my life and by my side forever. And what's even better: this fella won't cry, scream, nag or bug me out in any way, hehe. After hopelessly looking for the classic black Boy bag with silver hardware for months and getting to hear that it was almost impossible to find a one these days, I decided to go for another classic but different piece.

So, here's my Boy! Black, medium size, with silver and gold hardware and with black and grey stitching. Slightly different than the classic one, but still a timeless piece. Throwing a baby shower would be a little bit too much, but I'm so happy with my choice. Time to take my Boy out for a walk and enjoy the sunny weather! Ciao!
